Psalm 1:  Choosing the Right Path to God Matthew 7:13—“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that lead to destruction, and there are many who go in by it.  Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.”

Through the Dark Looking Glass
August 31, 2014 Pastor Mike

1 Corinthians 13:13a "For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face..."

On August 28, Steve, Brittany, and Brynlee (40 weeks + 1 day gestation) were involved in an accident.  Brittany and her beautiful child, Brynlee, went home to heaven. Steve was seriously injured and is in the process of healing his physical body. Brenda, Steve, Brooke, Justin, Evelyn, Sandy, family, friends, and her Church family are grieving this earthly loss.

There is no doubt that Brittany and Brynlee are alive and they are with Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:8). We know this because Brittany, who knew she was a sinner, choose Jesus as her Lord and Savior because she knew there was no other way to God (John 14:6). How about you? Do you know where you are going when you die - will you be going to heaven or to hell (Hebrews 9:27)? You will live forever, but your time on earth is limited. You will not get to heaven by being a good person, helping others, or going to church. You can only see the Kingdom of God by being born again! (John 3). If you are asking "how can I be born again when I am old" or you are unsure about your final destination when you die, please contact Pastor Mike or complete this form for Pastor Mike to contact you.
